How much is standard shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is $11.95 AUD if your order is $99.95 AUD or under.

 

What about free standard shipping and express shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD.

 

What other shipping options are available in Australia?

You also have the option of selecting postage features such as 'signature on delivery' & 'extra loss cover' at the checkout, these features can add extra security to your delivery.

 

Who do you send with?

We send with Australia Post.

 

How do you pack your hats?

All items purchased at WE_AR UX are sent with care to ensure they arrive to you in perfect / new condition. 

 

Do you send Internationally?

Yes, we send out lots of International orders. If your country isn't available at the checkout and you would like to purchase an item, please contact us at hello@koocm.com. Please ensure you are aware of any important taxes specific to your country prior to making a purchase, as these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

What are the International shipping costs?

We offer a flat rate of $19.95 AUD for international orders 

 

~ Please note that your item may be subject to custom inspections and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any import taxes specific to your country. WE_AR UX will not pre-pay or refund any additional costs incurred once your item has left our care.

 

What are the expected delivery times?

WORLDWIDE: 3 to 22 business days*^

 

We will provide you with delivery time frames and you may contact our customer service team directly to obtain an estimated delivery date and/or tracking information if not automatically provided to you following order confirmation. . Any delivery dates which may be specified on the WE_AR UX are estimated dates only. You acknowledge that these delivery dates may vary and delays in delivery may be unavoidable.

We will try to ensure that all orders are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays.

* International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to local charges & custom inspections unique to your country. If these charges apply, they will be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. WE_ARE UX will not be responsible for any additional charges for your order and we recommend contacting your local customs for further information.

^ For all International orders, delivery times are reliant on third party suppliers for Australia Post. Any delays on expected delivery times are outside of WE_ARE UX's control.

Please note that whilst we do everything possible to ensure that you receive your goods in their original condition, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during transit from the courier. If this situation is to occur, please notify our team as soon as possible so we can be of assistance in sorting out the issue.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we provide exchanges & returns in situations where a product has been supplied incorrectly, damaged (defective) or considerably differs from the description on the website.

​

We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.

​

Returns will only be accepted if a claim is made within 14 days of receiving your purchase and where a valid invoice / receipt for your purchase is available.

My return was approved, how do I return an item/s?

Once you have notified the team and your return request has been accepted:

​

  1. Re-pack the item in a box or its original packaging. All returns must be unused / unworn and in original condition with all tags and stickers attached.

  2. Return send to WE_AR UX (We will provide the address).  Please note that return postage is covered by the customer as we provide either free & reduced shipping rates.

  3. Once your return has been inspected and accepted, you will be issued a refund or store credit to the value of the item(s)
